On occasion some products may be sold out and High Voltage Audio may elect to offer pre-orders on certain products in order to secure the buyers place in the pre-order queue.

The pre-order process is automated via the respective product pages and a 10% deposit plus freight (as calculated by shipping calculator) is payable to lock in the pre-order.

• The deposit is non-refundable in the instance of "change of mind".
• On any product, High Voltage Audio will aim to ship your order within a 90 calender day window from the receipt of your order.
• If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled within 90 calender days, you may elect to have your deposit refunded after the 90 calender day period has elapsed. High Voltage Audio will communicate to you via e-mail any unforseen delays which could impact the 90 calender day delivery window.
• You will be notified when your unit is ready to ship and a PayPal payment request will be issued to the same e-mail address that was used for your pre-order deposit. You will have 10 business days to pay the balance.
• After the 10 business day period, unless otherwise notified, your deposit will be forfeit and the unit will be passed to the next buyer in the queue.
