Repair, Warranty & Returns Policy

At High Voltage Audio, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our professional audio equipment. Should you ever require support, we’re here to ensure a seamless experience.

Repairs & Warranty Coverage

If you believe your unit requires repair or warranty assistance, please contact us through our Contact Page, providing a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Within 7 Days of Delivery

If your unit fails within the first 7 days of receipt, we offer a direct replacement upon inspection of the defective product. You must notify High Voltage Audio immediately upon discovering the fault.

24-Month Warranty Period

All products are covered by a comprehensive 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering both parts and labour. This applies to any manufacturing defects or performance faults.

  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping to High Voltage Audio.
  • We cover: Shipping costs for repaired or replaced units sent back to you.
  • Not included: Import taxes, customs duties, or third-party delivery charges.

Case-by-Case Consideration

Situations falling outside standard policy will be assessed on an individual basis. We aim to work collaboratively with you to reach a fair resolution.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the specialised nature of our products, all sales are final. We encourage careful selection, as we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product choice—including cases of incompatibility.

Exceptional Return Conditions

In exceptional circumstances, we may accept a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in brand-new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • A restocking fee of 20% applies.
  • All outbound and return shipping costs are deducted from any refund.
  • Authorised approval is required prior to return; unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Please verify product availability and estimated lead times before placing your order, as certain items may be on backorder.

Shipping & Undelivered Orders

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

  • Recipient unavailability at the delivery address
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to collect from a carrier’s pickup location

Reshipment Policy

  1. Charge a reshipment fee that includes:
    • Return and reshipment costs
    • Handling and administrative fees
    • Bench time for inspection, testing, and repackaging (A$100/hour, or actual cost incurred)
  2. Require full prepayment of all associated fees before the order is resent.

Cancellation & Refund Option

Alternatively, we may cancel the order and issue a partial refund, minus:

  • Original and return shipping charges
  • A 20% restocking fee (where applicable)
  • Bench fees for evaluation and repackaging
