Secure Your Unit in Advance

Due to high demand and limited production runs, certain High Voltage Audio products may be available only via pre-order. This allows you to secure your place in the build queue and ensure timely delivery when units are completed.

Pre-orders are offered at our discretion and are subject to availability and production timelines. By placing a pre-order, you confirm your intent to purchase and reserve your position ahead of general release.

How the Pre-Order Process Works

Pre-orders are managed directly through individual product pages on this website. When a product is available for pre-order:

  • A 10% deposit (plus calculated freight) is required to secure your place.
  • Payment is processed via PayPal or credit card at the time of order.
  • You will receive an email confirmation outlining your pre-order details.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to ship all pre-ordered units within 90 calendar days of receiving your deposit. This timeframe reflects our commitment to quality, hand-assembled production and thorough testing.

If unforeseen delays occur — such as component supply issues or extended quality checks — we will notify you by email with an updated estimate. You are under no obligation to proceed if the revised timeline no longer suits your needs.

Completing Your Purchase

When your unit is ready to ship:

  • We will notify you by email.
  • A PayPal payment request for the remaining balance will be sent to the email address used during your deposit.
  • You will have 10 business days to complete payment.

If payment is not received within 10 business days, unless otherwise agreed, your deposit will be forfeited and your reserved unit will be offered to the next customer in the queue.

Refund Policy

The initial deposit is non-refundable in the case of a change of mind. However, if we are unable to fulfil your order within the 90-day window, you may request a full refund of your deposit at that point.

We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order due to manufacturing constraints or discontinuation of components. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Our production runs are intentionally small to maintain quality control and attention to detail. Pre-ordering ensures you don’t miss out on limited batches and helps us plan builds efficiently — keeping costs down and standards high.

This direct-to-customer model eliminates distributor markups and allows us to offer professional-grade equipment at accessible prices, without compromising on performance or reliability.
